Arrogant Politicians
You have pork and corruption in Washington, DC. You have state lawmakers in Nebraska who are fighting in court against term-limits (enacted by the people) because they don't want to leave their cushy jobs. Now, legislators in Pennsylvania are considering an "all-out assault" against the media because they didn't get their 16% raise that they slipped into law in the middle of the night (be sure to watch the video accompanying the linked story). Given this, there's certainly evidence to suggest a "culture of corruption" throughout ALL LEVELS of government. Perhaps it's time the "political pool" be drained and scrubbed free of the arrogant goo that has been built up over the last few years.
