The Definition of Corporate Welfare
Flake just offered his final amendment which would strip funding for the National Grape and Wine Initiative. As described in a previous post, "the program is to support and enhance the public health through improved understanding of the nutritional benefits to be derived from grapes and grape products." Flake just said, "If you can find a definition of corporate welfare, this would be it."
