They Are Voting Now

The Senate is currently voting on Coburn's amendment to strike the $500 million payment to Northrop Grumman. I'll have the results shortly... UPDATE (3:338pm): Coburn's amendment failed, 47-52. I'll post the individual tallies as they are posted. UPDATE (4:21pm): Frist and McConnell voted YES.
