Bad AOL!
CNBC's Squawk Box reported this morning that a blogger recorded his phone conversation when he tried to cancel his membership with AOL. Apparently, the blogger heard a few horror stories about how hard it was to actually cancel an AOL account so he wanted to document the experience. And boy, this conversation lived up to the stories. The blogosphere...making sure the customer is always right.
