Government's Chief Accountant Can't Do His Taxes

Well, not exactly. But Congressional Quarterly's Budget Tracker Newsletter reported ($$$) that U.S. Government Accountability Office chief David Walker "noted his difficulty in preparing his own taxes by hand and suggested that 'if every individual member of Congress was required to do what I did . . . we would have tax reform next year.'"

Boy, he got that one right.
