Heller's Hypocrisy
Andy earlier reported on how Nevada's Secretary of State Dean Heller now supports a bill to ban out of district funding of congressional candidates.
Chuck Muth rightly says this is "This is anti-free speech. This is anti-free association. This is anti-Constitution."
Then he looked up Heller's donors and reported "It’s also world-class hypocrisy."
Muth found that "A quick review (zip code search) of Heller’s contributions, as reported to the Federal Elections Commission (FEC), indicates that $265,044 of his financial support came from inside his district. But $496,425 came from OUTSIDE his district."
