An analysis of Independent Expenditures by PoliticalMoneyLine shows that to date the Club for Growth PAC is #3 in Independent Expenditures. If you skip the party committees and look only at PACs, the Club's PAC is #1. (The analysis appears to undercount Senate party committees, perhaps because they file on paper, and MCFL groups.)
