Sierra Club Deploys Mobile Billboards
I guess the advice to think globally and act locally will have to wait until Nov. 8. While browsing the independent expenditure reports last night, I ran across an entry for a $19,962 expenditure by the Sierra Club for "mobile billboards."
I had thought old fashioned "immobile" billboards created less carbon dioxide emissions, pollution and traffic congestion. I'd like to see the environmental impact statement on this.
