Sen. Allen Concedes Race -- Democrats Control the Senate

Senator George Allen had a news conference a few minutes ago to concede defeat in his reelection bid.

Since he will not ask for a recount, this gives Democrats the sixth seat they need to take control of the Senate in the next Congress.
