Every Taxpayer Loses!

Per the House rules on earmarks, here are the pork projects contained in the Financial Services (pdf) and Interior-Environment (pdf) appropriations bills.

One earmark that I found was something called the "Everyone Wins" project submitted by Congressman Ray LaHood and costing taxpayers $50,000.
