Pat Toomey Issues Statement on John Shadegg Retirement
Washington - Club for Growth President Pat Toomey released the following statement on Rep. John Shadegg’s (AZ-03) retirement announcement:
“Over his fourteen years in Congress, Rep. John Shadegg has been a tireless defender of taxpayers, fighting for lower taxes, less government spending, greater economic freedom, and more individual choice. He has been one of the great champions of freedom in the House. We will miss his voice there but we look forward to working with him to advance the cause of liberty in whatever he pursues next.”
