A Very Dumb Idea

There is no shortage of dumb ideas on Capitol Hill, but the one recently proposed by Rep. Paul Kanjorski is pretty spectacular in its dumbness. He wants to apply a windfall profits tax on oil companies AND set up a "reasonable profits board" to determine if oil companies are making too much money. More here.
