Obama Might Not Raise Taxes on Rich

This weekend, Obama said he might not raise taxes on the rich due to the fragile economy.

Wow. He's conceding that tax hikes hurt the economy. So why even consider raising taxes in the first place? It makes you wonder what his true motivations are.
