Club for Growth Action Launches New Ad Against Katie McGinty in PA

  |

“Katie McGinty is a corrupt political dealer who loves raising taxes.”

Washington, DC – Club for Growth Action, a political arm of the Club for Growth, today announced the release of a new 30-second television ad that has begun airing on broadcast and cable television in Pennsylvania, and on digital platforms. The total ad buy exceeds $800,000.

“Katie McGinty is a corrupt political dealer who loves raising taxes,” said Club for Growth Action president David McIntosh. “McGinty must be rejected before she can take her self-dealing cronyism to Washington, where she’ll raise taxes just like she wanted to do in Harrisburg.”

This new ad brings Club for Growth Action’s total spending in the Pennsylvania race to more than $1.45 million. That’s on top of more than $500,000 spent by the Club for Growth. In addition, the Club for Growth gave $500,000 to the National Horizon Super PAC for an Independent Expenditure ad buy in the race.

“Litany”

Katie McGinty: She cashed in by giving fat government checks to her husband’s company.

Then, she wanted to hand us the bill.

(McGinty) “Sales tax would have gone up. Income tax would have gone up.”

McGinty’s tax record: Higher payroll taxes. Higher income taxes. Higher sales taxes. Higher energy taxes. Even higher internet taxes.

Lower ethics, higher taxes.

We can’t trust Katie McGinty with our money.
