Swearing Off Pork in 2010
****UPDATE****On March 11, 2010, the House GOP held a conference-wide meeting. By voice vote, they agreed to swear off earmarks for the year. Therefore, the total number of House members who have sworn off earmarks for 2010 are 178 (all Republicans).

Below is a list of members of Congress who have sworn off pork for 2010. To be clear, this is not a pledge sponsored by the Club for Growth. We are simply providing a central place where people can go to see which lawmakers have made a vocal pledge not to request earmarks.
The source for a lawmaker's declaration of swearing off pork is contained in the link next to their name. If there is no link, then their office contacted the Club directly to inform us of their decision.

From Club Members
I saw Chris Chocola on FOXnews Sunday... my first opportunity to learn about CLUB FOR GROWTH!! Exciting stuff!!
I joined the Club this evening and I'm already learning how many clowns are representing us in Washington!! Looks like about 60-40, clowns-to-Senators ratio!! Well, not like I didn't already know that but seeing it in graphic form confirms my Compassionate Conservative suspicions!
Joing The Club for Growth is surely the very best, most productive thing I've done today!
