Washington, DC – The Club for Growth PAC released the following statement congratulating State Rep. Mike Johnson for making it to the December 10 run-off for the race for Louisiana’s 4th Congressional District:
“Mike Johnson is a strong constitutional conservative who advanced tonight against a crowded Republican field,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “Mike is a clear voice for economic conservatism and we look forward to him winning the seat outright in December.”
- Mike Johnson was endorsed by the Club for Growth PAC on October 3, 2016.
- Club for Growth Action, the Club’s Super PAC, invested more than $110,000 on independent expenditures in support of Mike, and Club members bundled more than $92,000 directly to the Johnson campaign through the Club for Growth PAC.
