Club for Growth PAC Endorses Congressmen Ted Budd and Scott Perry

Washington, DC – Today, the Club for Growth PAC announced its endorsement of two Congressmen, Ted Budd (NC-13) and Scott Perry (PA-10).

Club for Growth President David McIntosh offered the following statement about Congressman Ted Budd (NC-13):

“Club for Growth PAC had the privilege of endorsing Ted Budd back in 2016 when he first ran for Congress, and we’re just as excited to be endorsing him again today.  In his short time in Congress, Ted has proven to be the strong fiscal conservative we knew him to be from day one.  Not only is he a rising conservative star, he’s also a workhorse.  Perhaps the best example of this is the recent fight he led to keep a transportation earmark out of the massive omnibus legislation Congress recently passed.”

“Congressman Perry has done much to distinguish himself as a pro-growth conservative.  Unlike many of his colleagues, Congressman Perry has actually become more of an economic conservative during his time in Congress.  It’s no wonder then that he earned a stellar 99 percent on Club for Growth Foundation’s scorecard last year.  Congressman Perry is tried-and-true fiscal conservative and a champion of free-market causes.  Club for Growth PAC is honored to endorse him today.”
