JOB DESCRIPTION
The Development Associate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on incoming caging and bundling contribution efforts. The Development Associate will also support the development team by maintaing the donor database and being the lead on providing information for donor calls, briefings and donor lists. The Development Associate will be responsible for answering the main phone line, directing calls and providing basic company information; and will also oversee mail deliveries, packages and couriers.
This position will report to the CFO and Director of Development.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task on numerous projects
- Proficient computer skills; knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- 0-2 years experience
