Biography
Katherine Robertson is an eighth-generation Alabamian, attorney, wife, and mother. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Robertson previously served at the Department of Justice during the Bush Administration and on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee under then-Sen. Jeff Sessions.
Since joining the Alabama Attorney General’s Office in 2016, Robertson has become the longest-serving Chief Counsel in Alabama history. She has helped lead Alabama’s legal fights against Biden Administration overreach and defended free speech policies. Additionally, Robertson is a proud supporter of school choice.
