Biography

Mark Lamb is a Constitutional conservative and former Arizona Sheriff. Lamb built a strong record on enforcing the law. Lamb supports pro-growth policies and will fight for small government in Washington. He supports cutting regulations to lower energy and health care costs, expanding school choice, implementing term limits, and reducing the cost of capital to drive economic growth. If elected, Mark Lamb would be a conservative warrior for limited government and economic freedom.

Former Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb secured the Republican nomination in Arizona’s 5th Congressional District on July 21, 2026, and will compete in the November general election. The seat is open after U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (CFGF Lifetime Rating: 99%) launched a successful campaign for governor instead of seeking re-election. President Donald Trump endorsed Lamb during the primary. Arizona’s 5th District is rated R+10, and President Trump carried the district 59.5% to 39.5% over Kamala Harris in 2024, making it a solid Republican seat.
