Other Competitive Races

Every election cycle, Club for Growth PAC assembles a list for Club for Growth members of other competitive races that may help determine a Republican Majority in Congress.

Club for Growth PAC only endorses candidates that meet our high standard of pro-growth, economic conservatism, but often Club members have questions about other races in which we have not made an endorsement. In this election cycle in particular, with the Republican Majority on the line in both the House and the Senate, this list seeks to inform members about the  state of those races.

Senator Steve Daines (CFG Lifetime Rating: 80%) is running for reelection in 2020 to his second term. Most of the time, Senator Daines has fought for economic conservative priorities in the US Senate. Though Montana is a Republican-leaning state (56% for Trump in 2016), there is a chance that Democrats will make a strong effort to take him out, making it important for conservatives to make sure he wins reelection. Senator David Perdue (CFG Lifetime Rating: 83%) is running for reelection in 2020 to his second term. Most of the time, Senator Perdue has fought for economic conservative priorities in the US Senate.
