Key Vote Alert – House & Senate – “YES” on H.R. 1968 – Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025
The Club for Growth urges all Representatives and Senators to vote YES on H.R. 1968 – Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025. The results of this vote will be included in the Club for Growth Foundation’s 2025 congressional scorecard.
The passage of this continuing resolution (CR) is necessary for the implementation of the President’s pro-growth agenda. A clean CR through September 30, 2025, will ensure that Congress and the Administration can focus on extending and expanding the Trump tax cuts, cutting wasteful spending, and delivering regulatory relief to the American people. Congress must avoid getting bogged down in a fight over who can deliver the most taxpayer resources to favored constituencies through a bloated bipartisan omnibus spending bill. Members of Congress should vote for this CR to fund the government and deliver on the promises made to voters this November. Additionally, passage of this bill will allow Congress to turn to FY2026 appropriations through regular order.
Club for Growth Foundation’s Congressional Scorecard for the 119th Congress provides a comprehensive rating of how well or how poorly each member of Congress supports pro-growth, free-market policies and will be distributed to the public.
