Executive Director of the Club for Growth Foundation

Glyn McKay is the executive director of the Club for Growth Foundation where she leads the effort to educate emerging leaders and the public on the foundational principles that make America a beacon of freedom and prosperity.

At the Foundation, she directs and manages its three core programs: a fellowship; a federal and state economic scorecard program; and a burgeoning policy program to equip conservative leaders and the public on the principles of economic freedom and limited government.

Glyn first joined the Club for Growth in 2016 as a field director tasked with identifying the rising conservative talent in the states. In 2020, she was promoted to National Field Director where she continued the work on a larger scale.

Prior to joining the Club, Glyn served as the executive director of Phyllis Schlafly’s Eagle Forum in Washington, D.C., leading all federal lobbying and grassroots efforts as well as political activities for Eagle Forum PAC. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eagle Forum.

Glyn is originally from Snyder, Texas, a small town in the Texas panhandle, and is a fourth-generation graduate of Baylor University. She lives in Texas with her husband and three young children where she is actively involved in her church, her community, and her children’s schools.
