Mark Rusthoven

Policy Director

Mark joined the Club in August of 2023 and serves as Policy Director. Previously, he served as a Professional Policy Staffer handling Tax, Budget and Appropriations for the Republican Study Committee. He also served as Legislative Director for Congressman Dan Bishop and Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Jim Banks.

Mark earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from the Indiana University School of Liberal Arts in 2016 and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Southern Methodist University in 2012.
