CFG Action Montana Announces New Ad Campaign in Montana Senate Race

  |

Today, CFG Action Montana unveiled its latest ad as part of its television campaign highlighting Jon Tester’s ties to Washington lobbyists, kicking off a seven-figure television campaign that will run in Montana until Election Day.  The latest ad campaign includes ads on cable, digital, and broadcast outlets throughout the state of Montana.  To date, Club for Growth’s PACs have bundled and spent over $5 million on this race.

Entitled, “Tuxedo,” the ad explains Tester’s close ties to Washington, DC’s K Street lobbyists.

Upon release of the ad, CFG Action Montana President David McIntosh noted, “Tester wants Montanans to think he’s one of them.  He tells Montanans one thing, but does the exact opposite when he gets to Washington.  For example, he promised he wouldn’t cozy up to lobbyists, but as a senator, he’s one of the top recipients of lobbyist money in the entire Congress.  Montanans deserve better than two-faced Tester.”

Previous CFG Action Montana ads have highlighted Tester’s broken promises on debt reductionaccepting special-interest perks and lobbyist contributionsmissing committee hearingsObamacare, and highlights from a Trump campaign rally.
