Club for Growth Launches Anti-Trump Ad in Florida

  |

“There’s nothing tough about trying to bully an elderly widow or the creditors you owe money to.”

Washington, DC – The Club for Growth released the following statement by its president, David McIntosh, about its latest television ad exposing the truth about Donald Trump:

“Donald Trump’s loss last night in Oklahoma and his razor thin margin in Arkansas are due, in no small part, to CFG Action’s television ads that tell the truth about Trump,” said Club for Growth president David McIntosh. “We’ve used a simple and effective method of exposing the most liberal, big-government candidate in the Republican race. Trump has also tried to abuse eminent domain to take the property of an elderly widow, and has hidden behind bankruptcy laws to avoid paying bills. And that’s the message that Club for Growth is putting on television in Florida. Trump must be stopped before he costs conservatives the White House, the Senate, and the Supreme Court.”

The Club’s new ad can be seen here and will begin broadcasting statewide in Florida tomorrow, with an ad buy of about $1.5 million for TV and digital outlets.
