Club for Growth Launches Six-Figure Campaign Against Lael Brainard, Biden’s Ultra-Liberal Nominee for Federal Reserve Vice Chair

Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth launched a six-figure digital and robocall campaign against Lael Brainard, President Joe Biden’s ultra-liberal nominee for Federal Reserve Vice Chair.

The campaign pushes activists to contact members of the Senate Banking Committee and other key Senators and ask them to oppose Brainard’s confirmation.

“If confirmed, Lael Brainard would bring her woke agenda to one of the Fed’s most important roles and that’s why Club for Growth is asking activists to reach out to their Senators and urge them to oppose her confirmation,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “Instead of working to solve our nation’s inflation crisis that is punishing hardworking Americans, Brainard would be far more concerned with advancing woke climate policies and social justice. Her nomination politicizes the Federal Reserve and her confirmation would endanger its independence in the future. The Senate must reject her immediately.”
