Club for Growth PAC Statement on SCOTUS Overturning Chevron Deference

Washington, D.C. — Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh has issued the following statement after the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Chevron Deference.

“Today’s decision by the Supreme Court is a win for everyone who supports the principles of limited government that founded this country. For too long, the administrative state has recklessly and arrogantly usurped power from the American people and their elected representatives to force big government power grabs that stifle economic growth and make a mockery of the separation of powers. Now more than ever, conservatives must unite to win in 2024 to ensure that radical liberals cannot pack the Supreme Court with progressive zealots who will snatch back this hard won victory for freedom.”
