#ICYMI: Club for Growth Launches Ad Supporting Gov. DeSantis’s Paycheck Protection Act
WASHINGTON, D.C. – In case you missed it, Club for Growth launched a new ad, “Paycheck” in Florida Senate District 10, highlighting the need for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s Paycheck Protection Act.

“Florida should prevent union bosses from deducting money from the paychecks of teachers and other unionized employees,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “Club for Growth is getting involved because we believe all Americans should be able to keep what they earn and not be forced to give it to union officials who often take that money and use it on politics.”
Club for Growth is pushing for the Florida Senate to stop stalling and vote on the Paycheck Protection Act (SB 1458) immediately. The bill would prevent union bosses from deducting union dues directly from teachers’ paychecks regardless of whether teachers want that deduction to happen.
