WASHINGTON, D.C. – In case you missed it, numerous outlets have reported on Club for Growth Action and the Save America Bus Tour in Georgia. The first leg of the Save America Bus Tour began December 11th and will conclude on the 21st. The tour is focused on getting Georgia conservatives out to vote in the Senate runoffs. Participants can register for events at SaveAmericaTour.com/bustour where stops will continue to be added as they are scheduled.

In addition to the bus tour, Club for Growth Action is:

  • Knocking 1 million doors,
  • Calling 1 million voters,
  • Texting 2 million voters,
  • Sending 5 million pieces of mail.

Media interested in an interview with Club for Growth Action President David McIntosh or other surrogates should contact Charli Huddleston at [email protected].

The Wall Street Journal – “Club for Growth President David McIntosh, who is leading a $10 million effort to energize conservative voters for the runoffs, said his group is tailoring its messages based on voters’ history. Those hard-core Trump supporters who are high-propensity voters—meaning they have voted in three or four out of the last four elections—are often suspicious of mail-in voting, Mr. McIntosh said, so the Club’s canvassers are encouraging them to vote early in person. But low-propensity voters—people who voted in none of the last four elections—are being encouraged to vote absentee. ‘We figure those voters are ‘convenience’ voters, so urging them to get an absentee ballot is part of the messaging,’ he said.”

Fox News – “A number of high-profile Republicans — including GOP Sens. Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Tim Scott — are expected to campaign in Georgia this month as part of a Club for Growth bus tour in support of GOP Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler ahead of the Jan. 5 runoffs. The Club for Growth Action PAC announced details of their upcoming ‘Save America Bus Tour,’ which will run from Dec. 11 through Dec. 21 and will focus on encouraging Republicans in Georgia to vote in the Senate runoffs next month.”

Roll Call – “The coalition is led by Club for Growth Action, which has pledged to spend $10 million in Georgia, including on get-out-the-vote efforts… ‘We went into it thinking this is going to be a turnout race,’ said David McIntosh, Club for Growth’s president.”

FOX 5 Atlanta – “Palin’s visit was the kickoff of the ‘Save America Tour’ hosted by the conservative organization Club for Growth. The tour will make 35 stops in 22 Georgia counties over the next 10 days and will feature a long list of nationally-known Republicans.”

Breitbart – “Club for Growth Action President David McIntosh led the Save America Coalition’s tours on Saturday in Duluth at the Gwinnett County GOP headquarters and in Canton. McIntosh told Breitbart News in an interview after the Duluth event that the Save America bus tour is designed to boost Republican turnout ahead of the January runoffs… He added that Club for Growth Action hopes to utilize their hundreds of activists to knock on one million doors between now and the January 5 runoffs, send two million texts, and send out five million pieces of mail.”

OAN – “Among those who spoke at the event was former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin (R-Alaska). The former vice-presidential candidate issued a call to action for Georgia that emphasized the fate of the country rests in their hands.”
