Club for Growth Supports Cong. Jim Jordan for Speaker

Today, Club for Growth threw its support behind Congressman Jim Jordan’s candidacy for Speaker of the House following his announcement that he will be throwing his hat in the ring.

Jim Jordan has been a conservative leader in the House of Representatives since his election in 2006, and a founding member of the Freedom Caucus. He is an indefatigable fiscal conservative who has led the fight to cut wasteful spending, repeal Obamacare, eliminate job-killing regulations, and eradicate special-interest deals and corporate welfare.

Cong. Jordan has a 98% lifetimes score on the Club for Growth Scorecard and has won the Defender of Economic Freedom Award every single year since he entered Congress.
