BREAKING: CfG Brings School Freedom to Idaho

  |

Washington, D.C. — Club for Growth President David McIntosh issued the following statement on Idaho Governor Brad Little’s signing of HB 93 — the state’s universal school freedom bill.

“Today is a great day for Idaho students and families. We applaud Governor Little and the members of the Idaho State House and Senate who worked tirelessly to deliver school freedom to the Gem State,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “Despite opposition from entrenched special interests, Idaho is now leading the way to ensure parents, not bureaucrats, decide their children’s education path.”

Club for Growth engaged in a 6-figure advocacy campaign to support school freedom. The campaign featured TV ads and a digital and phone campaign urging school freedom supporters to contact members of the Idaho State Legislature.  Club for Growth also conducted polling showing a majority of Idaho voters support school freedom.
