BREAKING: CfG Brings Universal School Choice to New Hampshire
Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth President David McIntosh issued the following statement following the passage of SB 295, landmark legislation to expand the state’s Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) program to all New Hampshire students.
“In the Live Free or Die state, education freedom will now be a reality for every New Hampshire family, thanks to the dedication of Governor Ayotte and leaders in the legislature who made universal school choice a priority this session,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “By putting students over unions and entrenched bureaucracies, New Hampshire is the latest state to embrace universal school choice and empower all parents to provide the best opportunities for their child.”
In the months leading up to the bill’s passage, Club for Growth invested in a six-figure advocacy campaign, which included a statewide TV ad, a poll showing majority support for expanding school choice, a print ad in the Union Leader, and phone and digital campaigns.
