CFG PAC Congratulates Rep. Nancy Mace on SC-01 Primary Victory
Washington, D.C. — Club for Growth PAC congratulates Rep. Nancy Mace on winning the Republican nomination in South Carolina’s 1st Congressional District. Mace (CFG lifetime rating: 93%) defeated former South Carolina Director of Labor, Licensing, and Regulations Catherine Templeton and Marine Corps veteran Bill Young in the primary. Club for Growth PAC and President Donald Trump both endorsed Mace in the race.
“Since first being elected to Congress, Rep. Nancy Mace has demonstrated her commitment to advancing freedom and that she isn’t afraid to take on the establishment,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “Rep. Mace has earned Club for Growth’s Defender of Economic Freedom Award every year she has served on Capitol Hill, and we are proud to have played a role in helping her reelection campaign.”
Club for Growth Action and its affiliated Super PACs invested over $2.5 million into the race across a series of ads to support Mace’s candidacy in the race.
