CfG Releases Redistricting Strategy Memo & Statement on New NC Congressional Map

Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth released a strategy memo, outlining plans to invest 7-figures nationally for redistricting efforts, and a statement on the newly passed map in North Carolina. The memo comes after successfully advocating for new Congressional maps in Missouri, Texas, and North Carolina, netting Republicans 7 potential House seats. In addition to these states, Club for Growth is actively engaged in Indiana and Kansas on redistricting, while also eyeing Florida and Ohio for future engagement.

“Democrats have rigged Congressional maps for decades, and now Republicans are fighting back,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “After Presidential wannabe Gavin Newsom announced his goal of putting conservatives in the minority by eliminating 5 Republican held seats, we urged states to reevaluate their maps to level the playing field. Club for Growth is proud to have played a part in North Carolina’s redistricting efforts, and we look forward to more states redrawing their maps to give Republicans fair representation.”
