Club for Growth PAC Congratulates Alex Mealer on Advancing to TX-09 Republican Primary Runoff

Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth PAC congratulates Alex Mealer on placing first in Texas’ 9^th District Republican primary and advancing to the runoff. Mealer, a West Point graduate, combat veteran, and small business owner, was endorsed by President Trump.

“Alex Mealer is a proven conservative fighter whose time in the United States Army and the financial sector make her the perfect candidate to represent Texas’s 9^th Congressional District,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “Club for Growth PAC is prepared to invest the necessary resources to ensure Mealer wins the May runoff election and represents the district for years to come.”

Club for Growth Action and its affiliated Win It Back PAC invested over $750,000 across a series of ads supporting Mealer’s candidacy in the race. These ads informed voters of President Trump’s endorsement of Mealer in the race.
