Club for Growth PAC Congratulates Alex Mooney on WV-02 Victory

Washington, D.C. — Club for Growth PAC congratulates Alex Mooney on his victory in West Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District. Mooney, a Club for Growth PAC endorsed candidate, defeated Democrat Barry Wendell.

“Alex Mooney is a proven conservative who has long advocated for small government solutions to the problems facing the American people,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “As Joe Biden and the Democrats continuously pushed for radical socialist spending packages that have left the economy in shambles, Mooney will be a voice of reason to help fix the problems Biden has caused.”

Club for Growth Action and allied Super PACs combined to spend $1,296,572.48 to promote Mooney as the conservative choice in the race. Club for Growth members contributed $102,180 directly to the Mooney campaign.
