Club for Growth PAC Congratulates Bernie Moreno on OH-SEN Victory

Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth PAC congratulates Bernie Moreno on his victory in Ohio’s U.S. Senate contest. Moreno defeated career politician and lifelong liberal Sherrod Brown (CFGF Lifetime Score: 3%) race. Club for Growth PAC endorsed Moreno in the race on January 3, 2024.

“Bernie Moreno embodies the American dream. Bernie became a citizen after his family immigrated to America, growing his business into one of the country’s largest auto dealership groups,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “His experience as an entrepreneur and extensive knowledge of emerging technologies, such as the Blockchain, will revolutionize how the federal government approaches the future of free-market economic policies. We are proud to have supported Moreno from the primary through the general election.”

Club for Growth Action and its affiliated Super PACs invested nearly $6.5 million into the race to boost Moreno in the Republican primary and to target Sen. Sherrod Brown for enabling the disastrous policies enacted by the Biden-Harris administration. Club for Growth PAC members contributed $251,504 directly to the Moreno campaign.
