Club for Growth PAC Congratulates Dan Bishop on Winning NC-09 Special General Election

Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh issued the following statement congratulating Congressman-elect Dan Bishop on his victory in North Carolina’s 9^th Congressional District’s Special Election. Bishop was endorsed by Club for Growth PAC and defeated liberal Democrat Dan McCready.

“North Carolina voters made the right choice with Dan Bishop, a principled, pro-growth conservative who will fight for North Carolina jobs and families,” said David McIntosh, President of Club for Growth PAC. “This was not just a victory for conservative Republicans in North Carolina, but it also sends a message that voters are tired of radical liberal politicians and their socialist policies like the Green New Deal.”

Club for Growth members contributed over $193,000 directly to Bishop’s winning campaign through the Club for Growth PAC, and Club for Growth Action spent over $996,000 for a total of more than $1,189,000.
