Club for Growth PAC Congratulates Mark Teixeira on TX-21 Primary Victory
Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth PAC congratulates Mark Teixeira on winning the Republican nomination in Texas’s 21st Congressional District. Teixeira, a former World Series champion, investor, and entrepreneur, earned over 50% of the vote to avoid a runoff in the 12-person primary field. President Donald Trump also endorsed Teixeira in the race.
“On the campaign trail, Mark Teixeira outlined his plan to lower taxes, cut red tape, and expand school freedom for every family in Texas. Voters believed in his vision, and rewarded him with the Republican nomination,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “Club for Growth PAC is proud to have supported Teixeira in the race.”
Club for Growth Action and its affiliated Super PACs invested over $250,000 into the race to promote Teixeira’s candidacy and inform voters of President Trump’s endorsement.
