Club for Growth PAC Congratulates Rep. Barry Moore on AL-SEN Runoff Victory

Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth PAC congratulates Rep. Barry Moore (CFGF Lifetime Rating: 97%) on winning the Republican nomination in Alabama’s U.S. Senate race. Moore defeated Jared Hudson to advance to the general election. Both Club for Growth PAC and President Donald Trump endorsed Moore in the race.

“Barry Moore has earned the trust of Alabama’s voters, and tonight’s victory is a testament to his record as an uncompromising conservative leader,” said Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh. “Alabamians saw through the lies, voted with President Trump, and elected a candidate who will deliver.”

Club for Growth Action and its affiliated Alabama Freedom Fund invested nearly $6.8 million in the race over a series of ads promoting President Trump’s endorsement of Barry Moore in the race and calling out Jared Hudson’s lies about Moore’s military service. Club for Growth PAC members contributed $44,482 directly to Moore’s campaign.
