CLUB FOR GROWTH PAC CONGRATULATES REP. THOMAS MASSIE ON WINNING THE KY-04 REPUBLICAN PRIMARY

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh issued the following statement congratulating Representative Thomas Massie on winning the KY-04 Republican Primary.

“During his time in Congress, Rep. Massie has proven that he is a champion for freedom, achieving a 93% Club for Growth Foundation lifetime score,” said McIntosh. “We congratulate him on winning the primary and we look forward to him winning in November and continuing to fight for pro-growth economic policies in Washington.”

Club for Growth Action spent $155,317 on the race, and Club for Growth members contributed $93,279 directly to Massie’s campaign through the Club for Growth PAC.

Kentucky’s 4th Congressional District is conservative with President Trump defeating Hillary Clinton 65% to 29% in 2016. The PVI is R+18.

Club for Growth PACs support principled, pro-growth conservatives in key elections across the country. In 2018, Club for Growth PACs won 85% races in the election while maintaining 8.9% overhead.
