“Biggs is a principled conservative with a proven record of working for pro-growth policies.”
Washington, DC – The Club for Growth PAC today announced its endorsement of state Senator Andy Biggs for the U.S. House from Arizona’s 5th Congressional District. This is an open race following the announcement that Congressman Matt Salmon will retire after this term.
“Andy Biggs is a principled conservative with a proven record of working for pro-growth policies,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “As the president of the Arizona Senate, Biggs led the fight against the former Republican Governor’s push for Obamacare expansion, and he successfully worked for pension reform. The Club’s PAC enthusiastically backs Andy Biggs and believes he will bring that same much-needed drive for economic conservatism to Washington.”
Club for Growth PAC is a political arm of the Club for Growth, a 501(c)(4).
The Club for Growth is the nation’s leading group promoting economic freedom through legislative involvement, issue advocacy, research, and education.
