Democrats Encourage Mud Fight in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania Democrats want a fight to see who’s most liberal.

Washington, DC – The Club for Growth PAC today released the following statement after Katie McGinty announced that she would seek the Democrat nomination for the U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania:

“Democrats are pushing their liberal litmus test in Pennsylvania,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “By recruiting Katie McGinty to challenge Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania Democrats have made it clear that they want a fight to see who’s most liberal. By the time the Democratic Primary is finished, both McGinty and Sestak will be so far to the left that when they try to visit Pittsburgh they’ll wind up in Ohio.”
