Pence Highlights Pro-Growth Policies in VP Debate

Washington, DC – The Club for Growth PAC released the following statement after last night’s Vice-Presidential debate between Governor Mike Pence (IN) and Senator Tim Kaine (VA):

“The VP debate showcased Mike Pence’s record as a pro-growth governor who has repeatedly cut taxes and regulatory red tape,” said Club for Growth President David McIntosh. “The low-tax business climate fostered by Pence in Indiana has been a boon for business and job creation. The Pence record also draws a glaring contrast with the big-government, tax-increasing agenda of Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine. What Kaine desperately avoided last night was talking about how the economy in Virginia nosedived under his tax-hiking agenda, exactly as it would for the country if Hillary is elected.”
