ICYMI: CfG to Murkowski: “Don’t Block Trump’s Agenda, Make Tax Relief Permanent”

  |

Washington, D.C. – In case you missed it, Club for Growth launched a new advocacy campaign urging Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) to support the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and prevent the largest tax hike in history. The campaign will feature a new ad that will run statewide, as well as phone calls encouraging constituents to contact Sen. Murkowski’s office. Punchbowl’s Ally Mutnick covered the release in an exclusive report.

In addition to Sen. Murkowski, Club for Growth ran similar advocacy campaigns pushing other lawmakers to extend and expand President Trump’s tax cuts, including Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Rep. Mike Lawler (NY-17), and Rep. Nick LaLota (NY-01). Club for Growth also ran ads in Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district praising Rep. Scott Perry for his support of President Trump’s tax cuts.

AD TRANSCRIPT:

Alaska was built by hands that drill, fish, and fly.

Earning every paycheck we sign.

But if Trump’s tax cuts expire, Alaskans face the largest tax hike in history.

So we work harder for less.

It’s in Lisa Murkowski’s hands to stop it by extending and expanding Trump’s tax cuts.

Tell Murkowski, ‘don’t block Trump’s agenda, make tax relief permanent.’

Because strong hands built Alaska, and our Senator should protect it.
