Network Takes Down Dishonest Ad Attacking Moore

Washington, D.C. – Club for Growth Action affiliated Alabama Freedom Fund released a new ad in Alabama’s Republican Senate runoff, blasting Jared Hudson and his supporters for lying about Rep. Barry Moore’s military service. The new Alabama Freedom Fund ad buy matches the placement of the dishonest Alabama Conservatives ad, which has already been taken down by at least one network, WVTM, Birmingham’s NBC affiliate.

“Jared Hudson knows he is losing the race and is getting desperate,” said Alabama Freedom Fund President David McIntosh. “In his latest stunt, Hudson has stooped to a new low by lying about Barry Moore’s military service. Alabamians see through these lies, and Barry Moore will win this race.”

Recent independent polling from Coefficient shows Barry Moore (46%) leading Hudson (37%) by 9 points in the race. Moore (+29) also leads Hudson (+26) in net favorability.

Club for Growth PAC and President Donald Trump have both endorsed Moore in the race. President Trump will be hosting a Tel-e-rally with Moore tonight at 5:30 PM CT.
