YESTERDAY’S ELECTION RESULTS SHOW CONSERVATIVES ENERGIZED AND TURNING OUT TO VOTE

Washington, D.C. – Last night’s victories for Tom Tiffany (WI-07) and Mike Garcia (CA-25), both Club for Growth PAC endorsed candidates, show conservatives are energized and turning out to vote for pro-growth candidates.

Club for Growth PAC President David McIntosh: “These election results are an early indicator that in the midst of a global pandemic and subsequent economic downturn, voters will respond to candidates that support pro-growth policies like lower taxes and deregulation as opposed to the big-spending, power-grabbing agenda put forward by Pelosi’s Democrats. Just as the Trump Administration’s initial rollback of regulations and tax cuts before the pandemic helped spur a 3% economic growth rate, we need more of these policies and elected officials who support them to right the economy after the devastation caused by the Coronavirus.”
